The email listserv was established to provide information to previous/current vendors. Please do not add this email address to your marketing email lists.
If you were a vendor last year, and do not think you belong to this informational listserv, or you are a possible new vendor who has received preapproval, and you want to be included on this listserv, please email the webmaster at webmaster@oakcliffearthday.com. |

Registration for exhibitors/vendors from last year's event may register online starting this Friday, January 15. I sent out an email to last year's email listserv with more information.
If you were an exhibitors/vendor last year, and you are not on that listserv, please email me at webmaster@oakcliffearthday.com. if we determine that you were a valid vendor from last year, I will send you the link for registration (which will go out this Friday).
So, you were'nt a vendor last year, what then? We have a form here (under new vendor request) where you can ask to be included in this year's event. It's not hard, you just have to meet some basic requirements.
Please remember that only those people from last year, or those you filled out the form and received preapproval may register. If you aren't one of these two, your registration will be deleted.
Please note that your registration is not confirmed until you recieve a confirmation email. |

Dear Admin,
Have you opened up registration for vendors who were at the last two Oak Cliff Earth Days?
I want to be sure and get in line for a location for our booth before the event is filled.

Please note that the OCED Committee has not established fees for the 2010 event. Fees will be established prior to the opening of registration (mid to late October). Please check back during this time for updates posted here on the web site. |

What is cost, procedures, etc. for participating as a vendor for this year's festivities?

We Need You
We need great exhibitors to make our event a success. If you would like to be an exhibitor at this year's event, and you were not here last year, you must obtain preapproval by the OCED committee.
After you receive preapproval, you will be given access to an online registration form.
Some of the things we are looking for can include but are not limited by:
- Oak Cliff focus
- If selling items, must be environmentally related
- Environmental education
- Animal welfare
- Local artists (instead of dealers)
- Performers
